Simple Stillness Retreat

Dear Niki,

I just wanna say THANK YOU one more time. The retreat was so good. Apparently exactly what I needed without me knowing that I needed it so desperately. After we finished the session yesterday, I decided to spend the rest of the day in silence (as much as possible). I spent time in nature, I studied, I journaled, I cried. I realized how much I’ve been missing this stillness since I’ve been back in Europe. Even physically isolated there is so much happening in our busy minds. I will definitely prioritise stillness and silence in my life more from now on. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
