A daily yoga practice makes me feel sooooo much better and more deeply grounded in my body.

When I started packing and prepping for my last move from Switzerland to Wiltshire, my old right knee (ski fall) injury flared up and I developed a limp & right hip/lower back pain. X rays show spiny protrusions in my hip (but nothing that the NHS find unusual at my age) I guess aging is a thing right?

Over the last month, I have stopped limping completely & whilst I still have knee & hip pain, I feel stronger & more stable thanks to daily muscle strengthening & yoga.

I’m currently teaching a Thursday class at 5:15pm @yogawolf_studio_marlborough & loving supporting a group of ladies who, like me, are in recovery from injury or illness or simply coming to terms with some physical or emotional limitation that had been interfering with their self confidence.

We will open with a gentle guided relaxation & somatic breath-work & movement, followed by welcoming the ceremonial Cacao prepared with love & intention, journal & share (if we wish to).

Whilst lying down comfortably to relax & allowing the Cacao to soothe your nervous system, I will use her dowsing crystal to check each participants chakras and send Reiki into the space to ground, align & balance the energy & chakras of each participant. This is a lovingly held time for you to restore balance to your physical & energetic body fully supported by Mama Cacao.

The joy in receiving a loving gift.

It was recently Mother’s Day here in Blighty & @louis.is.me & I had a mama son date for lunch planned.
On the way I stopped for petrol & took a moment to admire all the beautiful bouquets of flowers & mentally wished all mamas a beautiful peace filled day with their children. I thought of my own mama who passed in October 2021 & wished I could take her a bunch of her favourite freesias & hug her one more time.

Arriving at chez @louis.is.me I was greeted with a smiling young man holding a gorgeous bouquet of flowers. He extended them to me & my heart burst with love & gratitude.

You know that feeling? I do hope you do.

It’s bliss!

Those flowers have lasted ages and I have admired their beauty every day, nurtured them & given thanks for them.

Mamas will do anything to protect their children.

Anything.
