This unique weekend girl empowerment retreat, in the beautiful and peaceful location of Orpi, a 60-minute drive from Barcelona, will encourage you to relax, refresh and reconnect with who you really are as well as encourage you to genuinely connect with other girls.
The Ultimate Girl Power retreat…what’s in store for you?
From the initial welcome on Friday evening through to departure and goodbyes on Sunday afternoon, you will be engaged in activities and workshops to help you understand the importance of self-love and self-care. By connecting with your body and mind, opening dialogue and discussion with other teen girls and learning tools to deal with self-doubt, anxiety or negative self-talk, you will leave the weekend empowered and resilient and strong.
Every day will be built around exploring, connecting, relaxing and happiness. A typical day will include a fun yoga session, journaling in the sunshine, delicious food, and a workshop or creative session to provide you with powerful tools for acing life. On Saturday night you will make new friends whilst chatting, stargazing and cooking your own S’mores on the bbq.
Eating nourishing food is vital for good health and well-being. All meals will be created and prepared on-site by a guest chef and are prepared with fresh, seasonal local produce.
There will be yummy snacks, fruit juices and herbal teas provided throughout the retreat.
Can Morei country house is a traditional Catalan Masia 60 minutes from Barcelona in Orpi. It is a luxurious and recently renovated venue for our Ultimate Girl Power Retreat and you girls will enjoy sharing twin bedrooms with their own living space and terrace. All meals will be cooked by a special guest chef in the recently converted kitchens and we will dine together with views over the valley, jacuzzi and swimming pool. With lots of walking space on our doorstep, we will enjoy the calm and peace that being close to nature offers and the vaulted ceilinged yoga studio or outside deck will welcome us for our workshops, yoga and mindfulness classes. The venue is truly exceptional and our host, Jordi, will be on hand to help us settle in and make sure that all works beautifully.
